1. Using Alphaaa Academy
By creating an account or enrolling in a workshop, you agree to use Alphaaa Academy for personal or small-business learning purposes. Course materials, videos and downloads are for your own use — please don't resell, redistribute or publicly re-upload them.
2. Enrollment & access
Enrolling in a course grants you lifetime access to that course's lessons and materials, including future updates to that specific course. Access is tied to your account and shouldn't be shared with others.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Refunds
Most courses are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for full details and exceptions.
5. Instructor content
Instructors retain ownership of the craft techniques they teach, but grant Alphaaa Academy a license to host, stream and promote their course content on the platform for as long as the course remains listed.
6. Privacy — what we collect
We collect the information you give us directly (name, email, payment details via our processor) and basic usage data (pages visited, course progress) to improve the learning experience.
- Account details — name, email, password (encrypted)
- Course progress and certificates earned
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we don't store card numbers)
- Basic analytics — device type, pages visited, general location
7. How we use your data
We use your data to run your account, deliver course content, send transactional emails (receipts, course updates) and — only if you opt in — send our weekly workshop-idea newsletter. We never sell your data to third parties.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing info@alphaaa.in.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll post any material changes to this page and, where required, notify registered users by email before the changes take effect.
