The 7-day guarantee
Every self-paced course on Alphaaa Academy comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, starting from the date of enrollment. If a course isn't the right fit, email us within 7 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Email info@alphaaa.in with your order email and course name, or use our contact form
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
- No need to explain why — we just ask for quick feedback to help us improve
Live workshops & masterclasses
Live, scheduled sessions (such as our 2-hour masterclasses) can be refunded up to 24 hours before the session starts. Once a live session has taken place, it's no longer eligible for a refund, since the seat and instructor time have already been used.
What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 7 days after enrollment for self-paced courses
- Live sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, once they've already taken place
- Courses where a completion certificate has already been issued
Instructor payouts & refunds
If a course you purchased is refunded, the corresponding instructor payout for that enrollment is reversed. This is standard across the platform and is covered in our instructor agreement.
