- Full Refund Window: You are eligible for a complete, 100% refund on your enrollment if your refund request is submitted within 24 hours from the exact date and time of purchase.
- Applicable Workshops: This policy applies to all courses, interactive live masterclass cohorts, and self-paced video courses purchased directly on our platform.
- No Questions Asked: If you face technical issues accessing course materials or find the course outline unsuitable for your skill level, simply contact us within 24 hours for a prompt refund.
2. How to Claim Your Refund within 24 Hours
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, simply reach out to our student support team with your transaction details:

3. Refund Processing & Settlement Timeline
- Verification & Initiation: Once your 24-hour refund request is received, our support team will verify your transaction and initiate the refund within 24 to 48 hours.
- Settlement to Original Payment Source: The refunded amount will be credited directly back to the original method of payment (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) via Razorpay.
- Bank Cycle: Depending on your banking institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days following initiation.
4. Policy After 24 Hours of Purchase
Because enrollment grants instant access to proprietary intellectual property — including downloadable verified Indian vendor directories, raw material formulation recipes, cost calculation sheets, and reserved seats in live cohorts — refund requests initiated after 24 hours of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
5. Duplicate Payments & Technical Billing Glitches
In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction caused by network latency or a payment gateway glitch where you were charged twice for the same workshop, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately upon verification, regardless of when it is reported.
6. Missed Live Sessions & Cohort Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a live scheduled workshop cohort due to personal emergency or schedule conflict, you are covered under our student guarantee:
- Free Batch Transfer: You may request a complimentary transfer to the next available live batch cohort at no additional cost.
- Lifetime Replay Access: Full session recordings, high-definition step-by-step videos, and curriculum resource kits remain permanently available in your Student Dashboard.
