- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Student Dashboard login credentials.
- Any unauthorized commercial redistribution, recording, resale, or public sharing of workshop video sessions, supplier directories, or proprietary recipes is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on Alphaaa Academy — including but not limited to course video masterclasses, curriculum modules, downloadable vendor sourcing directories, step-by-step formulating guides, graphics, logos, and audio recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Alphaaa Academy and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Enrollment grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your individual learning and handmade crafting brand development.
4. Payments and 24-Hour Refund Policy
- All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed securely through certified payment gateways including Razorpay, supporting UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- 24-Hour Refund Eligibility: In accordance with our official Refund & Access Policy, refund is possible within 24 hours of purchasing any workshop or course. Students requesting a refund within this 24-hour window will receive a full refund credited back to their original payment source.
- Refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the purchase timestamp are non-refundable due to immediate digital resource provisioning and material directory access.
5. Educational Disclaimers
Alphaaa Academy provides professional artisan instruction, industry-tested formulas, and commercial supplier contacts. However, crafting results and commercial success depend on individual practice, raw material testing, and business execution. Our courses are provided for educational and entrepreneurial development, and Alphaaa Academy makes no guarantee of specific sales turnover.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Alphaaa Academy, its instructors, and founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of workshop techniques, raw materials, waxes, fragrance oils, or chemical formulation processes. Students are advised to perform patch tests and follow standard studio safety practices (gloves, goggles, temperature monitoring).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
