At Alphaaa Academy, we strive to ensure that our learners have a smooth and satisfactory experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable on specific courses or products as mentioned on their respective sales pages.

  • Requests must be raised within the refund eligibility period (if applicable).

  • Refunds will not be processed for:

    • Completed or partially completed courses.

    • Digital downloads or content once accessed or consumed.

    • Purchases made through third-party platforms.

2. Refund Request Process

  • To initiate a refund, customers must write to us at [classes@alphaaa.in] with their order details, proof of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

  • Our support team will verify the details and confirm whether your purchase is eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Turnaround Time

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s original mode of payment or bank account, depending on the payment method used.

  • Please note that the actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Technical issues arising from the customer’s end such as poor internet connection, device incompatibility, or login issues (our support team will, however, assist in resolving these).
